tour bus, the bus plunged 100 feet off a major highway after slamming into several cars slowed by heavy traffic. at least 37 people were killed. another 11 people on board were injured, 2 in critical condition. we're learn iing more about the deadly crash involving a church bus in indianapolis. the youth pastor, his pregnant wife and a congregation member were killed and 19 others injured when the bus carrying about 40 passengers overturned. the driver told police the vehicle's brake's had failed. a bus was rushed from flood waters. none of the passengers were injured. middle east peace talks resume today in washington. the l the last obstacle was cleared when israel agreed to release prisoners after more than three years of delays the two sides will be at the state department

hosted by john kerry. tracie potts is live for us this morning in washington. >> reporter: good morning. agreeing to release prisoners so talks can get started wasn't the most popular decision in israel. there were protests in georgia sa from people who just don't believe that these peace talks are going to get very far or should start based on the preconditions. but what we have today starting at the state department is this. four people, two from israel, including israel's justice minister, and two from the palestinian authority including their chief negotiator are sitting down for preliminary talks, sketching out how these negotiations would go about. and as you noted, it's been three years since the last talks fell apart and they fell apart over the issue of israeli settlements. there's some concern that if those continue to be built
